Kettlercise® is a full body-workout to teach you the basic kettlebell techniques in a fun environment. It is very effective for burning fat, building up strength and making you look and feel fantastic. They’re called full body-workouts for a reason!

What do I need to bring?

You don’t need to bring any equipment, kettlebells are provided. You only need to bring in some water and a towel if you wish.

What to wear?

Wear some sport/gym wear and comfortable shoes.
